To one of my dearest of customers who became a dear friend. Phyllis, you supported me as I grew my business and your warm, sweet smile lit up my kitchen time and time again. I cherish the many events that you asked me to cater and I came to love who you were and always looked forward to spending time in your home. I did not realize that your cancer had returned or was advanced enough to take your life. I am grateful that I saw you before I moved to Boston but Peter, I wish that I was in Jericho so that I could shower you with food and comfort during this time. To the Gray family, thank you for allowing me to be a part of your lives for a brief time. I will never forget you. With love, Becki Willis-Eaton
