Obituary for Norita Brenneman (Clrak)

Norita Brenneman (Clrak)
Norita (Clark) Brenneman, age 79 of Essex Junction, passed away unexpectedly December 21, 2016 at her residence. She was born August 10, 1937 in Ashtabula County, Ohio, to the late Charles and Helen Clark. She graduated from Edgewood High School in Ashtabula Ohio.
Norita married Perry Brenneman in 1959 and moved to Mount Vernon, OH in 1962 as he started the Brenneman Brothers Lumber Co with his brother Doug, in January 1962. It was 1990 when Norita moved to Essex Junction, VT and decided it was time to achieve her lifelong dream of becoming a nurse. She put herself through Fannie Allen School for Practical Nursing, graduating in 1994 allowing her to obtain her LPN license. Her family is proud of her example to never stop learning and bettering yourself. She enjoyed taking care of residents all these years and most recently at Our Lady of Providence in Winooski, VT before her retirement in 2015 at the age of 78.
Norita is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Scott and Sheri Brenneman of Mount Vernon OH, granddaughters Staci and Sandi Brenneman and her brother James Clark of Madison OH.
Norita was preceded in death by her daughter Lisa S. Brenneman, Father of her children Perry Brenneman, and sister JoAnne Ingramm.
A.W. Rich Funeral Home assisted her family in Essex Jct, VT. A Celebration of Life will be observed by the family at a later date in Mount Vernon, OH. Memorial contributions may be made in Norita’s memory: Our Lady of Providence, 47 West Spring St. Winooski, Vermont 05404 or Knox Technical Center Nursing Program 308 Martinsburg Rd Mount Vernon OH 43050.
