I will forever miss Jim. I was Jim's aide at the Manor. When meeting Jim for the first time, we hit off immediately. I told him I loved the picture of the owl, he had hanging on the wall. He then told me how there were two of them and one landed on his deck and stayed there long enough for him to take a picture!!! What an amazing man. I learned even more about him at his services!! Such accomplishments Jim made in his life! He definitely lived his life to the fullest. I will miss his big smile first thing in the morning, telling me it's about time I got there!! Our coffee chats and him leaving me half of his English muffin, telling me I'd better eat it, because he knew I never ate breakfast!!! I will never forget the day I brought my son into work with me, I introduced him to Jim. Logan told Jim he wanted to join the navy and eventually become a navy seal!!! Jim's eyes got as big as half dollars and said " well young man, you have a lot of work ahead of you, with hard work you can get there!" Jim will forever have a place in my heart!!! My deepest sympathy goes out to his daughters and their family. What an amazing man that you got to call dad!!! I feel so blessed that I was able to care for Jim and be a small part of his life!!!
