Condolence: I was one of the fortunate ones to get to spend some lovely hours with Harold and Lois in their cozy home at the top of the hill and basking in the love they had for each other. Lois's work with prison inmates and Harold's strong historic memories kept me coming back for more. I have the fondest memories of both of them -- what fine, fine people they were.

Condolence: Bill, Beth and George, Your Dad was the most wonderful, kind and understanding person I have ever known. I have many great memories. You were very lucky to have him as a Dad. I know that he is once again complete. I am SURE your mother was waiting for his arrival with open arms. They are together again and at peace in God's home. May God's blessings be with you and your families. Please know that you are in my prayers. Jennie Demore

Condolence: So sorry to hear of Harold's passing. I, Stephen, remember fondly of the many hours I spent helping on the family farm in exchange of your father's baling hay on ours. Your father was a great man and a wonderful person to work for. He will be greatly missed by many. May God bless and comfort you all in his loss.

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of Pager's passing. He was also so kind to me as I be-bopped around his place with Becky and Jen. He was a wise man and I liked how he would let me eat the syrup right out of the boiler. Pager is an amazing example of how good a person can be. He is probably really glad to see Lois again. Much love to you all.

Condolence: Beth, George Bill, Very sorry to hear that Harold passed away. I was reflecting that most of older generation of farmers lived to be very old and had very good lives. And they saw so much change from their youths to modern times. Your dad as was mine were part of that generation. My sincere condolences to all of your family and may you keep the wonderful memories of your dad in your hearts forever.
