Georgia L. Fournier, age 74, of Troy, Vermont, passed away on Friday July 24th at the Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital in St. Johnsbury, Vermont.

She was born on May 27th 1952 to father Paul Boulanger and mother Jean (Madden) Boulanger. 

Georgia was a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and daughter. She was very proud of her home and very much enjoyed sitting and visiting with company on her front porch. She found joy in caring for her property including her lawn, flower beds, and garden. She spent many years as a caregiver for the elderly and a worker in multiple wood mills. More importantly, she spent many years caring for her grandchildren and great grandchildren who loved her and their time together very much. She was truly a caretaker in every sense of the word. She received so much joy from giving care to her family and friends. Some of her favorite days were those spent with her entire family on Holiday's, gathered at her house for a meal. Her house was, and remains the center point of her family where all are welcome to gather and stay, whether in need or not.

She is pre-deceased by her parents Paul and Jean Boulanger and her siblings Thomas Boulanger; Patricia Hall and her husband Neil Hall; Ethel Rowell and her husband Mitch Rowell; Peter Boulanger.

She is survived by her daughters Paula Brennan and husband Jeff Brennan; Christine Whittier and husband Richard Whittier.  Her sisters Sharon Provoncha and husband Dale Provoncha; Ruth Forgues; Joan Therrien and husband Roland Therrien; her sister-in-law Wilma Boulanger. Her grandchildren Alanna Whittier, her significant other Bill Lantagne and their children Oliver, Colby, and Kinsley; Dillon Brennan; Emily Whittier and her significant other Maoz Knight; Colin Brennan, his significant other Laurie Pepin and their daughter Lily; Dennis Whittier and his wife Jackie Prue; Faven Allen and her husband Ryan Allen. Several nieces and nephews. Also by her special friends Leslie and Laura Brown; and the love of her life Dennis Fournier, once husband and father to her daughters.

Per Georgia's wishes there will be no services held at this time.
