Obituary for Tina Marie Leclair
Loving Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt and friend Tina Marie Leclair was born on September 12, 1965. She lost her battle with COPD on November 5th, 2022 surrounded by her family. Although, her life was shortened, it was full of living, love and laughter.
Tina is survived by her mother Marilyn Meier, her sister Tara Sweet and her husband Rob Sweet Jr and their children Abby, Emma and Lily. Her children will miss her so much, Chelsey Leclair and her partner Chris Thibault, Brent Leclair and his wife Brandy Leclair, Josh Remillard-Hunt and his wife Thelma Remillard-Hunt, Michaela Spaulding and her husband Camden Spaulding and Ethan Remillard. Her memory lives on in her beloved grandchildren Olivia, Brantley, Matthew, Sorin, Scarlett, Maverick and soon to be born Salem.
Tina worked a variety of jobs, including correctional officer, housekeeper, retail, childcare, and banking after being honorably discharged from the US Army. In addition to making her grandchildren laugh, Tina had a love for bon fires, shopping, paranormal shows, fishing, reading, boating, snowmen, coffee, fuzzy blankets and a good party.
Tina could be counted on to brighten up your day and loved just chatting and sharing experiences. She was a hard worker, an honest and kind woman, who loved making new friends. She was not afraid to sacrifice for others and she never showed fear. She was admired by everyone who knew her and she will be greatly missed.
Tina was predeceased by her father James L. Remillard, her brother Richard James Remillard, and her infant sister Sara Hilliker.
To honor her memory and grant Tina’s last wish, her family would like to invite you to a Celebration of Life Party. Join us on Saturday, November 12th at 4pm at the Fletcher Historical Society Building (aka the Grange) at 122 Cambridge Road, Fletcher 05444, for her favorite foods, music and memories. Please bring pictures, mementos or anything that reminds you of her.
