Gary L. Zeno, age 71, passed away on August 22, 2022 at home in Colchester. He was born to Frank and Glenna (Ashton) Zeno on August 29, 1950 in Colchester, Vermont. He graduated from Mount Mansfield Union HS in 1969 and after a short stint in the Navy he worked at various jobs throughout Vermont. In 1974 he married Katherine Miller in Springfield, VT. His favorite occupation was as a Volunteer Firefighter for Colchester Fire Department starting in 1995 for many years. He had a great love for God and his church, Cornerstone Church in Milton, Vermont.

Gary leaves behind his brothers, Kenneth (Patricia) Zeno of Myrtle Beach, SC, Frank (Patricia) Zeno of Aynor, SC, his sisters, Emily (James) Williams of Aynor, SC and Patricia Bandy of Colchester, Vermont many cousins, nieces, nephews and countless friends. We want to give a very heartfelt Thank You to Ron, his neighbor for the last 4 years. He was a wonderful friend to him and kept an eye out for him. This was such a Godsend to us, his family.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Glenna Zeno, his wife Kathy, his brothers: James Zeno, Donald Zeno , his baby brother Robert and his baby sister Ann Marie, many aunts, uncles and relatives.

There will be no visiting hours. A Memorial Service will be held at The Cornerstone Church, 26 Bombardier Road, Milton, Vermont on September 3, 2022 at 4:00pm. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Gary. The family also invites you to share your memories and condolences by visiting www.awrfh.com
