Obituary for Carlton Alexander Thompson
Milton/Derby VT, Carlton A. Thompson 83 passed away August 22, 2022 after several years of failing health in Colchester at Mclure Miller Respite House. Born November 11, 1938 in Derby, VT to Grace Kidder and Kenneth Thompson. Carlton served in the Navy 5 years and also in the National Guard. He worked at IBM as maintenance tech for 11 years and other businesses as well. He enjoyed fishing hunting and vacationing in Maine.
He leaves his beloved wife of 37 years Sandra E. Thompson, a son Michael and his wife Amy, a daughter Cynthia Chouquette and husband Richard, daughter Christine Wade, stepchildren Kimberly Renzello and Jason Heath. Sisters Mary Chouquette, Sue Blair, Jane Thompson, Betty Thompson, Lois Brock, Wanda and spouse Andy Gosselin, brothers Kenneth Thompson and wife Nancy and Laurence Thompson as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by his infant twins Bryan and Deborah Thompson 1969, and a sister Jean Thompson 1962.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
