Obituary for Harold “Little Charlie” St.Francis Jr.

Rutland, VT. – Harold E. St.Francis Jr age 36 years, died unexpectedly the morning of November 6th. He was affectionally known as Little Charlie or Little Man to family and friends. Born in St. Albans, VT on May 9th, 1985, he was the son of the late Roxanne Mitchell and the late Harold “Charlie” St.Francis Sr. He attended school at Highgate Elementary, MVU, & Enosburg Falls High School before joining Job Corps where he earned his GED. Over his years he worked for Westminster Bakers, Lucy’s Cookies, Okemo Mountain Resort, Smuggler’s Notch Resort, and he also worked for himself doing odd jobs. He considered himself “Jack of Small Trades”.

He was proud of his Abenaki Heritage. He loved listening to rap music and being with family and friends. He will be deeply missed by many.

He leaves behind his son Patrick Joseph “PJ”, PJ’s mom and the love of his life Katelyn Keane, his brothers Wade and his children Brighton & Hudson, Ryan (Kara) and their son Ezra, Cole (Truc) and Josh Bussino. His grandmother Patricia St.Francis, stepmother April (Johnson) St.Francis, several aunts and uncles and their families. “A Special Aunt” April & Bill Merrill, “Favorite Uncle” David St.Francis, Doris & David Brownell, Crystal & Richard Theoret, Wendy Savage, and Tracey Theoret. He also left his remarkably close cousins whom where more like brothers and sisters to him, Rene St.Francis & his family, Casey Brown & her family, Jesse Forsyth & his son, Robert “Bobby” Savage & his family and Melissa Montagne & her family, as well as his son Pj’s grandparents Pat & Deb Chuderski. He also left his close friends Scott & Annie Godin, Blane Fonda, Dillon Devrow, Ollie Huntley, Cam Lacey and numerous other friends.

He was predeceased by his parents Roxanne (Mitchell) Bussino, Harold St.Francis Sr., his papa and nana John & Joan (Greenia) Mitchell, his grandfather Chief Homer St.Francis Sr, and his Uncles Homer St.Francis II, Kenneth Savage and Lawrence Theoret.
