Brady Blow, 25, passed away unexpectedly in Winooski, VT on Apr. 16, 2021. He was born on Nov. 27, 1995 at Fletcher Allen Medical Center in Burlington, VT. He graduated from Mount Mansfield Union High School in 2014, and attended classes at Community College of Vermont.

Brady was extremely diverse, multi-talented and excelled at everything that he did. He was a true born athlete with natural ability to perform in any sport or athletic activity he desired; he played baseball from the age of 5 through his senior year in high school, and continued with softball as part of a men’s softball league following that. He also played hockey and football in high school, and was adept at rollerblading and street hockey in his youth. He was always a fan of music, and after high school he found his own musical talent. Most recently, he was embracing his musical talents and had been producing music in a studio.

Brady will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Brady was stylish, charismatic, and larger than life. He enjoyed life to the fullest, had a great sense of humor, and was very analytical and strong in his convictions. He was deeply inspirational and generous to his friends. Heartfelt responses that we have received from his friends mention “he was such a light,” “amazing spirit,” “great soul,” “he brought me out of some of my darkest times,” “kind and caring,” “ability to see the best in people,” and “wanted the best for everyone.”

Brady is survived by his mother and stepfather, Lisa and Tony Fletcher, of Richmond, VT, and his brother Taylor; his father and stepmother Richard and Holly Blow of Pembroke, NH, and his sister Mackenzie and brother Evan; his maternal grandfather and step-grandmother Michael and Gina Giroux of Barre, VT; his grandmother Glenda Giroux of Essex, VT; his paternal grandfather and grandmother Malcom and Rebecca Blow of Williston, VT, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at A. W. Rich Funeral Home – Essex Chapel, 57 Main Street, Essex Junction, Vt. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday April 24, 2021 at A W Rich Funeral Home – Essex Chapel.

Brady was one of the most supportive friends I had, he made me feel like I got in with the other guys and was always ecstatic to see me. I always felt like I belonged when he was in the room. He would never treat me differently and always welcomed me with open arms. Brady is truly what a person strives to be; a funny socialite, a great supporting friend who beloved in your dreams even more than you did yourself. I only knew Brady for three years but the love he showed me it felt like he was family. My love and respect for him will last a lifetime.
