Dear Debbie and Brian,
I loved your Mom. She always had a smile on her face. She worked her tail off everywhere and every time I saw her, either at the hospital or at Shaw's. She always talked about my grandmother (who took care of Brian when he was little). She was truly a remarkable woman and she raised you well. I will always remember her. I think she's the only red-head that I know! She sure had a fire in her. She was such a motivator and I never ever heard her complain about anything or about anyone. I'm sure you will miss her tremendously. You are all in my prayers during this difficult time. Laurie (Crowley) Sabens (Gerry's sister)

Please except my condolences on the loss of your mother and grandmother. I have known Pauline since around 1968. I worked at the medical center on labor and delivery.. Pauline worked for housekeeping on labor and delivery. She took such pride in her work. She talked about her family and how proud she was of them. She worked so hard to have a good life ..She always had pictures to show. or sent them in a letter or card. I will miss the annual Christmas card with news of the family and pictures . Again, I am so sorry for your loss. A friend., Barbara Kenfield

My thoughts & prayers are with Pauline's family. I was very happy when her family moved to St George, as our close neighbors. I don't remember exactly when, but I think I was about ten years old. Until that time I was the only redhead in the little town of St George. I was picked on & made fun of. So just imagine the joy I had when a family with four redheads were my neighbors. I could go to school with others who looked like me. I played at her house more then I did at my own home. Then we grew up, I married & moved away, Pauline went to work. We only saw each other once in awhile. Then several years ago we both attended the Methodist Church in Winooski, we got to visit about the past & share memories. She loved her family & her work. I will always be thankful for her kindness & friendship. Ina M. Isham

Deepest sympathy for your loss. Pauline was my neighbor for several years when she lived on Penny Lane. She was so kind and quiet. She allowed us to use her entire yard if needed the entire time we lived there in exchange for mowing her grass. She was the best neighbor EVER and we were so sad to see her relocate. May you be surrounded by wonderful memories during this difficult time. Rest in peace Pauline.
