Condolences

Condolence From: mickey Dattilio
Condolence: Art was a very special man who I feel very honored to know who he was from my youth...an older South Burlington kid that we looked up to and admired.....and someone who I was lucky to have fished with over many years. He always took time to share his fishing knowledge with everyone. Whether he knew you or not. He was a true Vermont Outdoor Sportsman and a legend on the water with a rod to many. I'm very grateful to have been a friend of Art Rye! His loss will be missed by many. Our sincere condolences for his loss to his wife Lexi and family. Mickey & Happy Dattilio

Condolence: Dearest Lexie and Family, We shall always remember Art, his spirit, his frienship. People like Art don't come around often in this life, and Cindy and I were lucky enough to have him in our life. Send a turkey call through the heavens once in awhile just to let us know you are watching down...

Condolence: Dear Lexie & family…. Nan and I are so sad to learn of Art’s passing. You and Art are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. Growing up in South Burlington, Art was a true, dependable friend and always a gentleman to be sure. He introduced me to woodchuck hunting and credited me with teaching him how to fly fish…a classic case of the student outshining the teacher. He will be missed.
