Condolence From: Conrad and Phyllis Rowell
Condolence: Dear Rosalie and family, When we read of Bill's passing, it brought to mind the many years when he took care of us, our three children and Phyllis' parents. I met Bill quite by accidents. I was sharing an apartment with two other MHS teachers across from the post office. The three of us found ourselves feeling pretty miserable one morning. I remembered seeing a doctor's sign on an office down the hall so in my pajamas with tissue in hand, I investigated to see if we could get an appointment. If I remember correctly, Lee Brown was the nurse. Later that afternoon, the doctor came to call. Two years passed and when Conrad and I married we decided it was time to get a family doctor and I remembered Bill. He guided us through three births and the usual bumps and bruises of parenthood as well as providing care for my parents. Blessings to each of you and a special thank you to Bill. Phyllis Rowell

Condolence From: Richard Ryder MD
Condolence: I was sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He spoke to me of his frustrating muscle acquired disorder. I enjoyed meeting some of the family at various times over the years. We had some common Rochester NY background, otherwise I viewed him as a real Vermonter. Our daughters were together at Camp Hochelaga on Lake Champlain years ago. We worked together in the 1990's and it was a pleasure to be with him. I am sure you will have good memories of him. Richard Ryder, MD, Shelburne VT & Naples FL.

Condolence: I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a dad is never easy as I know all too well. Have faith in knowing that he is in a better place. Probably listening to Frank Sinatra with my dad. Thinking of you all during this difficult time. Wendy
