Dear Mrs ZIegler, I have never met you or your husband, I have had the privilege of working with and knowing your daughter Hedi. I have always believed it takes a village to raise a child, but the solid base given at home must be in place first. You and your husband must be the rock that Heidi's trust, faith and human character were built on. It is easy to say things will get better, but the fact is a little piece of each of you died that day also. Please know that you and your family will be in my prayers and thoughts in the days to come. I want to thank you for giving the world a daughter with a heart so big as you did in Heidi.
