Dear Family of Emil Ziegler, We are so sad to learn of Emil's passing and send our heartfelt condolences to you for your loss. What a wonderful man he was as husband, father, friend. Yes, we did enjoy his winsome humor, too! And his wonderful cello music. Emil and a violinist friend and I once played as a trio for a wedding in Sterling Valley in Stowe. It was a pleasant summer day with gusty winds. We couldn't keep our music in place on the stands even with clothes pins to hold it in place, the melodies were diluted by the wind, and we giggled all the while!
