Obituary for
Lorrie Ann Choiniere (Latuch)
Swanton- Lorrie Ann Choiniere age 64 passed away Sunday evening, October 22, 2017 at UVM Medical Center. She was born Sept. 15,1953 in Burlington Vt., the daughter of the late Robert Latuch and Beverly (Lashua) Latuch.
Lorrie was an active member of Title VII Indian Education's PAC and was a volunteer for years at the Abenaki Circle of Courage after school program! Lorrie was proud of her Abenaki heritage.
She is survived by her son Kevin Latuch and two daughters Frankie (Latuch) Maskell and Chrystal (Latuch) Juaire, 7 grandchildren Marcus, Kimberlynn, Alex, Carson, Catherine, Mason and Landon which were the love of her life, 2 sisters Jenny and Gail and a brother Bobby . She lost her husband Ernest, May 2016.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved going to Florida to spend time with her daughter and grandchildren. She also loved cruising with her friends and family.
Lorrie graduated from Mount Mansfield high school and went to Cosmetology school.
The family would like to thank Missisquoi Valley Rescue for all they did and to help our mother during her times of need. We would like to thank her friends Brenda Gagne, Lorie Olds and Ann St. Francis for always being there.
There will be a Celebration of life Saturday, October 28 from 1-3 with a luncheon to follow at the Community Room (old Swanton High School) 49 Church St Swanton.
