Lawrence Mark Demore, 69, of Jeffersonville passed away on Friday, February 24, 2017 at Northwest Medical Center in St. Albans. He was born on August 15, 1947 in Burlington son of the late Curtis and Marion (Miller) Demore. He married the former Jennie Taylor on December 31, 1986.

Larry was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and much, much more. He was always ready to drop whatever he was doing to help someone in need. When he wasn’t working with cars he enjoyed hunting, fishing, collecting coins, Dale Earnhardt memorabilia and anything with an International on it. His most favorite thing was to pick on those he loved the most. His day wasn’t complete unless he got at least one of his family members going. He was a very kind and generous man who loved watching NASCAR and Gunsmoke with his wife. The memories that he left behind will never be forgotten by those who loved and cherished him.

He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years and partner of 42 years Jennie Demore of Jeffersonville, three sons Mark Demore and wife Lori of Enosburg, Shawn Demore and wife Tiffany of St. Albans, Michael Reagan of Eden, four daughters Rae Ann L’Esperance and husband William of Georgia, Cathy Sue Wilson and husband Timothy of Fletcher, Ashly Demore of Jeffersonville, Jenifer Minor and husband Curtis of Hyde Park, his brother David Demore of Maine, five sisters Diana Brownell and husband John of Jericho, Linda Sylvia and husband Jon of Florida, Janet Uren and husband Ray of Florida, Annie Devin and husband Tom on New Hampshire, Marcia Purvis and husband Joey of Colchester, His wonderful Aunt Beulah Pomeroy from Zellwood, Florida, brother -in-law Ralph Taylor and wife Lillie of Indiana, 19 grandchildren, Ben Demore, Eric Demore, Tonya Hayes, Travis Hayes, Traver Hayes, Ryan Demore, Eleanor Demore, Riley Reagan, Shane Reagan, Owen Reagan, Danielle L’Esperance, Joshua L’Esperance, Wyatt Wilson, Cody Wilson, Amelia Wilson, Lily Wilson, Meagan Douglas, Hannah Lockamy, Madison Lockamy, 8 great grandchildren, Allora Lawton, Michelle Demore, Lily-Ann Reagan, Kolten Robtoy, Lakota Hayes, Ryland Hayes, Vanessa Hayes, Marissa Hayes, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday March 1, 2017 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at A W Rich Funeral Home – Fairfax Chapel, 1176 Main Street, Fairfax, VT. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Second Congregational United Church of Christ with Reverend Barbara Purinton officiating.
