Condolence: I remember Trevor from the 90's. I haven't seen him in years whereas I moved from Vt. I will always remember him as a happy, fun & good person. I am sadden to hear of his loss. My condolences to my former "Maranville" coworkers & to the family & friends of Trevor.

I will never forget the day he talked to me about going into corrections . Trevor was there for me each and every step of the way , guiding , protecting and just simply making me smile when I thought I couldn’t do it any more . He had a unique sense of humor and he knew just about everyone within the department and other agencies. He also went to school with 2 of my older siblings. Condolence: Trevor: You were the first officer I met when I first joined the Vermont DOC. You trained me, and we shared a lot of important moments both in our careers and personal lives. You were always a friend and always could be counted on to be there when things went bad. You had a huge heart and even after I transferred to another facility, whenever I saw you, we'd exchange a hug and some smacktalk. I'll miss you, old man.

Condolence: My deepest condolences to the family.... I met Trevor as I started my career in corrections, he helped me many times professionally as a correctional officer and in the national guards. When I was struggling personally, he took me into his home, as he did for many DOC staff latter on. I lived there for three years and helped guide me through a rough time in my life. I am a better man for knowing Trevor and honestly I am not sure how things would have gone for me if he wasn’t there. Even though we haven’t worked together for years now we stayed in contact and just last Saturday, as he has since 2007 gave me words of wisdom! I was working on a holiday weekend and he said, spend time with the family , the work can wait... I am very grateful for having known this man, and for the man he has help me become.. Condolence: I'm very saddened by this heartbreaking news. Trevor and I go back to the days when we were kids working at the A&P and then working as members of the Vermont National Guard.
