Condolence: Hello Goff family, What began as casual hellos in the mid 1970's at CVOEO in Burlington, turned into a darned good, but too brief friendship. I bet Don was unaware as he became an occasional mentor to me. Unlike the rest of us he seldom let confusing state & federal rules & regulations, let alone the bland, inept bureaucrats enforcing them, get under his skin. He always displayed wonderful decency & fairness and a sincere regard for our clients. I particularly appreciated his humor and wry wit. What a guy.
