Jean Annette (Rockefeller) Cheer, 80, of Williston passed away on Sunday June 26, 2016 at the University of Vermont Medical Center. She was born in Friendsville, PA on January 31, 1936.
Jean spent the greatest part of her life being a homemaker and for the last 20 years being a caregiver to her grandchildren. Jean’s family meant the world to her.
