Condolence: Dear Bonnie, I was one of Steven's nurses during his time at BH&R. He is and will remain one of my best memories of working here. He didn't know it at the time, but I was struggling with my profession and my questioning my career. The night before he was leaving, he called me into his room, gave an amazing hug, and told me what a wonderful nurse I was to him. It meant everything to me. I'm very sorry for your loss; he was a very sweet man.

Condolence: 68 years of knowing and loving Steve, 54 years knowing and loving Bonnie. Craig, Wendy, Carrie, God was so kind to put you all together in one family, I have always been so proud of you all and now I share your sorrow.
