Peggy Mae Daudelin (Montgomery)
Swanton: Mrs. Peggy Mae (Montgomery) Daudelin, 56 died peacefully Thursday January 1, 2015 at home with her husband Roland and dog Bandit by her side. She was born on January 2, 1958 in St. Albans VT. She worked at Energizer Battery and Hannaford both of St. Albans VT. She enjoyed collecting angel figurines and teddy bears. She loved spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and snowshoeing. She also enjoyed assisting with the setup of the Energizer Bunny Balloon at local events. Other activities she enjoyed was being a den Mother for cub scouts.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years Roland Daudelin. Her son Eric Daudelin, his wife Erin and their three children Alaina, and twin boys Alexander and Aiden of Milton, VT. Her mother Irene Montgomery of Franklin VT. Her sister Margret and husband Roger St. Cyr of Nevada and son Ryan. Sister, Polly Thibault and husband Gille of Milton and their children Tracy and Andy Davis, Shannon and Darren Keniston. Brother, Robert Montgomery Jr. and wife Gail of Sheldon, VT and their children Kevin and Denise Montgomery and Katie and Michael Backus. Sister, Sherry and her husband Tim Clark or Illinois. Sister, Ann and husband John Mason of New Jersey and their sons Jason and Shawn.
She is also survived by her sister in law Claire Daudelin of Swanton, VT. Brother in laws Marcel (Debbie) Daudelin of New Hampshire. and their daughter Courtney. Robert (Nancy) Daudelin of Huntington, VT. and their daughter Haley. Lucy (Michael) Rixon of Florida. Larry (Sue) Daudelin of New Hampshire and their son Derek.
She was predeceased by her father Robert Montgomery of Franklin, VT. and her in-laws Wilford and Jeannette Daudelin of St. Albans, VT.
Per Peggy’s wishes there will be no visiting hours held. A Mass in celebration of Peggy's life will be held on Saturday, January 10 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of the Nativity, Swanton, VT.
